It’s been such a privilege over the years to document families, seniors, and special moments in people’s lives. While we do primarily focus on wedding photography, we love to sprinkle in some family sessions and portrait sessions throughout the year into our schedule. Something that has changed for us in the past few years is having kids of our own. It’s impacted a few things for us regarding portrait photography. First is that we now truly understand the importance of getting family photos done OFTEN. Those little kids change so freakin fast, and it’s over before you know it. So get the photo shoot! But also now it’s a little easier and more relatable to arrive at a family photo session and things are running late, or it’s chaos, or the kids need a little extra coaxing to get into it. It honestly takes a parent to understand all those ins and outs and so it’s been fun to work with families lately, especially when they’re in a similar stage of life as we are!

We also take on a few senior portrait sessions per year. It’s for sure not one of our main focuses, however it’s something we truly enjoy doing for a change of pace a couple times each year. So our availability for that is quite limited, but don’t hesitate to reach out for that, even if you don’t see us focusing on it. It’s such a fun and special time for a senior to get some rad photos done of them and we’re here for it!
