Nate & Torey | Adventure Session

Nate & Torey are super good friends of ours. We all graduated together back in ’04, and it is SO EXCITING to see them engaged and getting married this year! We’ve been through a lot together, and we couldn’t be happier for them. We secretly hoped they would ask us to do some engagement photos, and when they did, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to test drive our new “Adventure Session” on a couple! So we packed up lunches, drinks, backpacks, and headed up to the Heliotrope Ridge Trail on a foggy & rainy day in May. This would be more of a “mini” session due to the rain, the amount of time we had, and the fact that Nate had played softball a little bit too hard the night before and was hurtin pretty good. 😉 Nonetheless, it was a beautiful spot, with some of our favorite people, and we learned a few things about what works best when hiking with tons of food and camera gear 🙂 Can’t wait to keep adventuring with you two in the future!
