Olowalu Plantation House Wedding in Maui Hawaii

The moment we got the first inquiry about shooting this wedding, we were actually on a boat (wedding) off the west coast of Maui and the email came through asking if we were available the next year for a wedding at a venue we could currently see from the boat! We definitely were excited to have another Maui wedding on the books, but we got even more excited when we started emailing Alex & Misty, who seemed SO friendly, kind, and genuine. This was confirmed as soon as we met them for the first time for a sunrise session on Maui a few day before this wedding. And it’s been confirmed 100 times over since then. Such FUN and friendly people! This wedding was at the dreamy Olowalu Plantation House, but let me tell you, it was HOT out. Not just normal Hawaii hot, it was no breeze, high humidity, and full sun HOT.
